In two easy steps you can have your knives as sharp as the day you brought them without the need for a big professional knife sharpener.
The easy sharp is angled to give the best position to sharpen the knife and all you do is gently push the knife backwards and forward.
How does it work
1, Place the easy sharp on to a flat surface
2, There are two slots in the easy sharp these are to sharpen both sides of the knife
3, Place the knife in to the right hand slot and rest the knife on the angle to the right
4, Gently move the knife backwards and forward along the sharpening stone
5, After this is complete place the knife in to the left hand slot and rest the knife on to the angle to the left
6, Gently move the knife backwards and forward along the sharpening stone.
